It helps to know that there are things you can count on, even in this crazy mixed-up world. I speak of course of milk & cookies. Has there been a more consequential pairing than these two in the whole history of snacking? Is there a more comforting thought than that of cold milk & warm cookies? You can even have one without the other. Welcome to the big time. Quest Protein Bar Minis.

All this is just to say that we’ve Questified Milk & Cookies, and things just started to look a little rosier.

QUESTIFIED QUEST BAR MINI COOKIES & MILK

Yields: 3 servings |  Serving Size: 1

QUESTIFIED QUEST BAR MINI COOKIES & MILK

Ingredients:

3 Quest Mini Cookie Dough Bars
4.5 ounces almond milk
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll each mini cookie dough bar into a ball and press it flat.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Fill shot glasses with almond milk and serve with cookies.

Have you noticed, Quest Protein Bar Minis are everywhere!? At least that’s hot it seems. Over in the Quest Test Kitchen they’ve definitely got Quest Bar Minis on the brain. Not that we’re complaining. It’s like those mad geniuses have had a huge breakthrough when it comes to Questification. This time it’s stuffed Mini Bites featuring everyone’s favorite protein-bar-but-smaller Cookies & Cream. It seems like the crew over in the test kitchen has attempted to jam as much flavor as possible into a bite-sized treat. I think they may have succeeded. Now you try.

QUESTIFIED STUFFED MINI COOKIE BITES

Yields: 4 servings |  Serving Size: 1 Cookie

Calories: 130  | Protein: 9g  | Fat: 7g | Net Carb: 4g

QUESTIFIED STUFFED MINI COOKIE BITES

Ingredients:

4 Mini Cookies and Cream Bars
4 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate chips
¼ tsp coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll each mini bar into a ball and press it flat.
Add 1 tsp of peanut butter to the center of each flattened bar.
Fold the sides around it and roll it into a ball.
Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.

Quest Protein Chips star in the best bite of the night…Questified Cheddar Jalapeno Bites!

NUTRITIONAL INFO

QUESTIFIED GREEK SALAD PIZZA

Yields: 7 servings |  Serving Size: 2 balls

Calories: 300 | Protein: 18g  | Fat: 22g | Net Carb: 6g

Total Carb: 10g   | Sugar: 4g

QUESTIFIED GREEK SALAD PIZZA

8oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno, seeds removed
2 egg, diced
1⁄3 cup coconut flour
2 bags Quest Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, crushed
In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and jalapeno.
Spray a 1 1⁄2 inch cookie scoop with non-stick spray and use it to make 14 evenly sized balls of the mixture.
Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and chill while you prepare the other ingredients.
Place the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Place the coconut flour into another bowl and the crushed chips into a third bowl.
Working with 5 balls at a time, coat each one in coconut flour, then egg and finally cover with crushed chips.
Place them into the tray of an air fryer and cook at 375F for 5 minutes and golden brown.
Repeat until you have cooked all of the balls.
Insert a toothpick and serve.
